The service
Kliko AI provides an AI Receptionist: a chat widget for business websites that answers customer questions and records appointment requests, with optional Google Calendar sync.
Accounts and content
The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters (hours, services, answers) and for the lawful use of the service on its website.
Fees
The subscription costs €49 per month, with a one-time €99 setup fee. A 14-day free trial is provided without a card. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no commitment. Any offers (such as pilot pricing) apply as described at the time of agreement.
AI-generated responses
Responses are generated by an artificial intelligence model based on the business's information and may contain errors. Appointments are recorded as requests and are not final until confirmed by the business.
Acceptable use
Using the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content is prohibited, as is any attempt to compromise its security.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Kliko AI's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last three months.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time. Upon termination, the account is deactivated and data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy policy.
