Who we are

Kliko AI provides AI employees for small businesses. The data controller is SUDO Technology LTD, Poprusevtsi 17, Elena 5084, Bulgaria (VAT: BG205812687) — the team behind Kliko.gr. For any question about your data: ai@kliko.gr.

What data we collect

Account details: the email address and business name you provide when signing up.

Receptionist configuration: the hours, services, and answers the business enters.

Conversations: the messages website visitors exchange with the AI Receptionist.

Appointments: the name, phone number, and time customers provide when booking.

Technical data: logs necessary for operating and securing the service.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: answering visitors, recording appointments, sending email notifications, and powering the business dashboard.

Conversation messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude model to generate responses. Emails are sent via Resend. The service is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase).

We do not sell data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train models.

Google data

If a business connects its Google Calendar, we access only the events of its primary calendar, for two purposes: checking availability before a booking and creating or deleting events for appointments the business confirms.

Connection credentials are stored securely and are not accessible to other businesses. The connection can be removed at any time from the dashboard, at which point the credentials are deleted.

Kliko AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Artificial intelligence and Google user data: Kliko AI uses Anthropic's Claude model, accessed through the paid Claude API, to generate chat replies. Raw Google user data is not sent to the model; at most, an availability outcome derived from calendar events (whether a time slot is free or busy) is used to answer booking requests. We do not use raw or derived Google user data to create, train, or improve any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. Our AI provider does not either: under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train models. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for account sign-in and language preference. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics on our public pages. You can decline with no effect on your use of the service.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the business account remains active. You can request full deletion of your account and data at ai@kliko.gr; it will be completed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact ai@kliko.gr.

Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
